Claire Rees

Claire Rees has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Claire worked at ESAB as the Director - IT Business Relationship EMEA, where they successfully managed and delivered a complex 3-year Infor M3 implementation for ESAB Europe during the COVID pandemic. Claire was responsible for the IT business relationship and supporting the EMEA management team on growth initiatives and policy deployment projects. Claire also managed the application portfolio and project portfolio for the overall IT health of EMEA businesses.

Before ESAB, Claire worked at Victor Technologies Ltd (formerly Thermadyne) for a significant portion of their career. Claire held multiple roles, including Director of Operations & IT, where they had responsibility for the finished goods supply chain and IT support for European locations. Claire also served as the Customer Support, IT and Logistics Manager and Customer Support & IT Manager, where they improved business processes and managed overall IT systems and communications network. Claire was involved in global IT projects and demonstrated strong leadership and development in customer service functions.

Earlier in their career, Claire worked at Motis Systems UK Ltd as the Customer Technical Support Manager, Project Leader/Technical Consultant, and Senior Analyst Programmer. Claire managed complex installations, provided technical support, and delivered high-quality solutions to clients.

Claire also had brief experiences at BIS Applied Systems as a Trainee Consultant and Ford Motor Company as an Assistant Sales Administrator.
