Karen Vodvarka

Karen Vodvarka has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Karen started their career at Exide Technologies in 1999 as a Lean Agent and worked there until 2005. Karen then joined Biolab a division of Chemtura in 2007 as a Process Excellence Team Leader Black Belt for a few months. In 2008, they became a Continuous Improvement Manager - Black Belt at Goodrich until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Honeywell as a Sr. Operations Manager, LSSMBB, and later as a Senior Director Site Leader. In 2020, they joined SPS Technologies as the General Manager - Multi Site, where they worked until February 2023. Currently, Karen Vodvarka holds the position of Senior Director North America Filler Metal Operations at ESAB since October 2023.

Karen Vodvarka received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Karen then pursued and obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Academy. Later, Karen attended North Carolina State University, where they studied to become a Master Six Sigma Black Belt.
