Magalie Darfeuil

Magalie Darfeuil has extensive work experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, and global operations. Magalie is currently serving as the VP Sourcing & Supply Chain at ESAB. Prior to this, they worked at Honeywell for several roles including Global Procurement Transitions, Mergers and Acquisitions and Sourcing Strategy Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Data Analytics and Governance Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Indirect Operations and Analytics Senior Director, Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President, and VP Procurement EMEA - Indirect CoE and Direct strategies. Before joining Honeywell, they worked at GE Healthcare as an Indirect Commodity Leader, Eastern Europe Sourcing Manager, and Global Sourcing Leader. Magalie also gained experience at Valeo as Plants Purchasing Manager and Global Category Leader, Global Purchasing Leader, and Project Sourcing Leader.

Magalie Darfeuil holds a Master's degree in International Purchasing from the University of Strasbourg, which they acquired from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended KEDGE Business School from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued studies in Marketing & Finance. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of Hull. In 1989, they obtained a Bacalaureat in Economics from Lycee Jean de la Fontaine, Chateau-Thierry, France. Magalie also has additional certifications, including Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management, Green Belt Certification from GE, and a Management Program from INSEAD Executive Education in France. In 1988, they participated in the AFS Intercultural Programs USA, and also attended Runcorn State Highschool in Australia, where they majored in Economics.
