Michael Dimaggio Shrm-Cp, Phr, Fellow

Michael DiMaggio has over 25 years of experience in human resources and safety. Michael started their career in 1992 as the Director of Employee Relations at Dunbar Armored, Inc., where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined Fidelity Building Services Group as the Human Resources Director and later became the Director of Human Resources & Safety, responsible for all HR functions and safety measures. Michael has also been a member of CHRA.

Michael DiMaggio, SHRM-CP, PHR, FELLOW has a solid education background in interdisciplinary studies and human resources management. From 1985 to 1989, they attended the University of Baltimore and earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2009, they pursued further education at Harford Community College, specializing in Human Resources Management, and obtained a PHR Certification. These educational achievements have provided him with a strong foundation in multiple fields, allowing him to excel in their career as a professional in the human resources industry.
