Michele Campion

Michele Campion has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer at ESAB since April 2022. Michele previously held the role of VP Human Resources at ESAB Inc from September 2020 to April 2022. Before joining ESAB, they worked at Under Armour as the Vice President of HR from September 2015 to September 2020, and as the Sr. Director of HRBP for Supply Chain from November 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Relations at McCormick from March 2013 to October 2014.

Earlier in their career, Michele held various HR roles at BP, including as the VP of Human Resources for BP Solar from January 2009 to January 2013. Michele also worked as the Global HR Director at the International Partnership for Microbicides from July 2005 to January 2009, and as an HR Manager at Aeras Global TB Vaccine Foundation from December 2003 to July 2005. Michele started their HR career as a Manager of HR/HSE and a Research Specialist at Advanced Bioscience Laboratories from July 1998 to December 2003.

Michele Campion has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Michele also holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University.
