Shéhrazade Fraoua Peti-Jean

Shéhrazade Fraoua Peti-Jean has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shéhrazade is currently the Human Resources Director Europe at ESAB, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior HR Manager Commercial Europe at ESAB from September 2020 to April 2023. Shéhrazade also served as the HR Manager France BeNeLux at ESAB from July 2017 to August 2020.

Before joining ESAB, Shéhrazade worked as an HR Consultant at SimCorp from August 2016 to June 2017. Shéhrazade gained experience as an HR Generalist at FIS from October 2012 to July 2016, where they were responsible for training management, recruitment, integration, and providing social advice to managers.

Shéhrazade also worked as an HR Project Coordinator at Oracle from August 2011 to September 2012, where they were involved in training management, recruitment, integration, and conducting social audits.

Shéhrazade started their career as a Retail Cashier at Carrefour from September 2010 to July 2011 and had an internship in International Mobility at Cartus from May 2010 to September 2010. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Assistant to the Director of Panel at IFOP in November and December 2008.

With their extensive work experience in different HR roles, Shéhrazade has developed a strong skillset in training management, recruitment, integration, and providing social advice to managers.

Shéhrazade Fraoua Peti-Jean completed their Bachelor's degree in International Human Resources Management at the University of Wolverhampton in 2010. Shéhrazade then attended the IUT de Sceaux from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Licence professionnelle in Gestion des Ressources Humaines à l'International. In 2011 and 2012, Shéhrazade studied at IAE Paris-Est, earning a Master 2 Management Spécialité Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Mobilité Internationale in the field of Ressources Humaines.
