Paolo Dolezzal

Paolo Dolezzal has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Paolo started their career in 2001 as a payroll assistant at P&S S.r.l. From there, they worked as a payroll coordinator at Agrolinz Melamin Int. Italia S.r.l and later became the payroll and facility manager at the same company. In 2005, they joined Borealis Group as an HR manager and facility manager in Italy. Paolo then moved on to Watts Water Technologies, where they held various roles including HR manager for Italy and Socla Italia S.r.l, HR director for Fluid Solutions South, and currently serves as the HR director for Europe. Throughout their career, Paolo has gained experience in managing HR activities, strategic planning, coordinating HR business partner activities, and leading teams.

Paolo Dolezzal completed the PSM - Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale at SDA Bocconi in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Mediazione linguistica from Istituto Universitario Carolina Albasio. In 1999, they pursued HR Management and Payroll Technician studies at ENAIP. Paolo also received scientific high school leaving qualifications from Liceo Scientifico. In terms of certifications, they acquired "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2021. In 2020, they completed the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International, as well as "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" and "Making Quick Decisions" from LinkedIn.
