Lydia Arbaiza

Lydia Arbaiza, PhD, serves as the Decana and Profesora principal at ESAN Graduate School of Business since March 1999 and is recognized for their extensive academic leadership. Previously, Lydia Arbaiza held a position as a Miembro del Directorio at Fondo Mivivienda from 2011 to 2013. Lydia Arbaiza earned a PhD in Ciencias Económicas with a focus on Teoría Organizacional from Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU), a Magister en Administración from ESAN Graduate School of Business, and a degree in Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad de Lima.
