Olga Malkova has a solid work experience in various roles. Olga worked at esanum from July 2019 to the present, starting as a Junior Data Analyst and progressing to Manager Analytics, Process Lead, before becoming a Senior Manager Analytics and Product Owner in July 2022. At esanum, they focused on analytics and data analysis.

Prior to their time at esanum, Olga worked as a Brand Ambassador at an Event Management Company from May 2016 to April 2018.

Before that, they served as a Marketing Manager at Forever Sun from June 2014 to February 2015.

Olga's earliest work experience was at Philip Morris International, where they started as Duty Free Sales & Marketing Manager in August 2009 and worked until February 2015. Their responsibilities at Philip Morris included data analytics, sales, and marketing tasks such as analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, assessing performance, collecting sales data, and monitoring competitors' activities.

Olga Malkova obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Management from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, studying from 2006 to 2011.
