Charlotte Durand

Charlotte Durand has a strong background in product management and strategy, with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Senior Manager of Loyalty Card Marketing at American Express before moving on to roles within Rogers Communications Inc. as Director of CRM and Customer Knowledge, and later Senior Director of Market Planning. In 2010, they joined Visa Canada as a Director of Consumer Credit Products, where they led the credit product strategy and launched the Visa Infinite Privilege Card. From 2015 to 2019, Durand worked as an AVP of Product Management and then as the Head of Consumer Products and Solutions at Equifax Canada Co., where they led teams to deliver complex product transformation initiatives and digital platform enablement. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product and Solutions at ESC Corporate Services, a role they have been in since 2023. Throughout their career, Durand has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive growth, deliver new products, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Charlotte Durand has a Bachelor's degree from Queen's University and has attended the Schulich School of Business - York University. Charlotte has also obtained an Advanced Credit Certification from Equifax Canada Co. and holds a P.CRM certification from the Association for Advancement of Relationship Marketing.
