Mouna Belhabib Filali

Mouna Belhabib Filali serves as an Adjunct Professor at ESCA Ecole de Management since September 2023, focusing on leadership courses. Since December 2016, Mouna has been a postgraduate researcher and PhD student at Mohamed V University, having defended a thesis on change management and presented various conference papers on related topics. Previous experience includes teaching a Marketing module at ENSA El Jadida, project coordination with CorpsAfrica/Maroc, and several roles at OCP SA, where responsibilities encompassed reporting, training, and costing processes. Mouna holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Organizational Management from FSJES Souissi, a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, and has completed coaching certifications from Positive Acorn.
