Taly Leder has extensive experience in the luxury fashion sector, currently serving as a Buyer & Manager at ESCADA since August 2003, where responsibilities include managing the buying process and leading a team of four to align product selections with the preferences of the Israeli customer base and optimize store revenue. Prior to this, Taly Leder owned and operated Silhouette stores from September 1982 to August 2003, overseeing four retail locations in Israel and cultivating a loyal customer base that transitioned to ESCADA upon joining the brand.
