Validation Engineer- Research Scientist at Escalate Sciences

Carolyn Delgado has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Carolyn began as an Electrical Engineering Department Tutor at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. In 2009 they took on the role of Project Manager at Alpes Energy Solution Inc. and also began working as a Mathematics Tutor at 3D Learning Zone. In 2012 they became a High School Mathematics Teacher at ACAD. Adv. Metropolitana. In 2014 they began working as a Validation Engineer- Research Scientist at Escalate Sciences and as a Validation Consultant- Research Scientist at Novartis, Ex-Lax Humacao- Escalate Sciences Contractor. Her role at Novartis included registration batch records of product for the US market, process investigations, technology transfers, generating site validation master plans, helping companies make data driven decisions, statistical analysis, process validation documentation/technical assessment, and being a member of the CSV committee.

Carolyn Delgado received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico in 2007, after studying from 2003 to 2007. Carolyn then earned their Master of Science (M.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering from the same university from 2011 to 2013. Before that, Delgado earned 72 credits in Biology, General from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 2001 to 2003.
