David Miller

David Miller possesses extensive experience in procurement and logistics management. Currently serving as a Senior Purchasing Coordinator at the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners since May 2022, David is responsible for overseeing solicitations, agreements, and purchase orders, along with designing databases for information management. Prior to this role, David held the position of Purchasing/Equipment Manager at Diatherix Laboratories, Inc., where policies for purchasing were established and vendor credit secured. David's background also includes experience as Operations Manager at Americold Logistics, LLC, managing a multimillion-dollar transportation division, and as Driver Manager at Western Express, overseeing the routing of over 200 trucks and drivers.
