Donta' Mason

Donta' Mason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and management. Currently serving as Technician II in the Building Department at Escambia County Board of County Commissioners since June 2020, Donta' has previously held significant roles at Portofino Island Resort and Hyatt Place Memphis Wolfchase, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills. Notable achievements include managing front office teams, developing employee engagement strategies, and coordinating events to enhance company culture. Donta' also has a background in customer service and has held leadership positions such as President of the Hospitality Management Society at Southwest Tennessee Community College, where a focus on program development and member engagement was paramount.
