Perry Ong

Perry Ong is a Bioprocess Scientist at ESCO ASTER PTE LTD since December 2022, previously serving as an Associate Scientist in MSAT Upstream Processing at Merck Pte. Ltd Singapore from April 2016 to December 2022. In this role, Perry Ong provided technical support for various cell culture systems, conducted troubleshooting for commercial products, and facilitated training sessions for customers and stakeholders. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Scientist in R&D at Sigma-Aldrich, where responsibilities involved launching a new laboratory and offering consultation and optimization services. Earlier, Perry Ong worked as an Admin Assistant at Evergreen Freight Forwarder, managing import and export permits and tracking freight shipments. Perry Ong holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Biology/Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, gained between 2009 and 2013.
