Susan Brueggemann

Susan Brueggemann, SHRM-SCP, CPC has extensive work experience in human resources and talent strategy roles. Susan currently works as the Core HR & Talent Strategy Lead at ESCO Technologies since March 2020. Before that, Susan served as the Principal at SCBA Group, LLC starting from October 2015. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at We Are Alexander. Prior to that, Susan held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jim's Formal Wear LLC from 2014 to 2018. Susan also worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Senior Director of People from February 2008 to 2014. Susan's career at Anheuser-Busch included various roles such as Director of HR Service Center and Dispute Resolution Program, Director of Dispute Resolution Program, Director of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources from 1997 to 2008.

Susan Brueggemann, SHRM-SCP, CPC, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Maryville University of Saint Louis. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), ELI-MP degree from iPEC Coaching, specializing in Leadership Coaching. Additionally, Susan Brueggemann is certified as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) by iPEC Coaching, which they obtained in November 2016.
