Anderson Bars is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the educational and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Culture Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Insights Officer at Escola do Caos since August 2020, Anderson emphasizes personal and organizational development through the anticipation of chaos. In addition, Anderson co-founded Papum Edtech in July 2023, focusing on just-in-time learning solutions for corporate education. As Chief Insights Officer of the Podcast Caos Corporativo, Anderson provides insights for navigating the evolving professional landscape. Previously, as Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Armazém do Caos, Anderson contributed to transformative learning solutions.
