Cinthya Chacon

Cinthya Chacon is the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Strategic Projects at Escola do Caos since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at União Química Farmacêutica Nacional from January 2022 to May 2023, and as the Director of People at Ypê from September 2020 to December 2021. Cinthya's career in human resources began at Citibank, where responsibilities included working as an HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2009, and includes roles at various companies such as Hypermarcas S/A, Sanofi Group, and Hypera in leadership positions. Cinthya holds an MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of HR from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a specialization in Project Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and additional qualifications in Product and Service Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo. Cinthya earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
