Penny Parker

Penny Parker has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Assistant Principal on special assignment at Escondido, focusing on the implementation of Restorative Practices district-wide since July 2007. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at San Pasqual High School and Del Lago Academy, where significant milestones such as the first graduation were achieved. Early in career, Penny Parker served as Assistant Principal at Orange Glen High School and as a teacher and department head in Physical Education at Valley Center-Pauma Unified School District. Additional experience includes teaching various subjects at Newark Memorial High School and serving as a leader for Young Life. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Education Administration from California State University San Marcos and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
