Ashutosh Tripathi

Ashutosh Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashutosh most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AGI Greenpac starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Operations at Escorts Kubota Limited beginning in January 2021.

Ashutosh also had a long tenure with the Mahindra Group, where they held various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Mahindra Heavy Engines Ltd, Vice President and Head of Operations in the Farm Division, and Plant Head at Mahindra Swaraj Division. Ashutosh joined the Mahindra Group in 2010 and their responsibilities extended until the present time.

Before joining the Mahindra Group, Ashutosh worked at General Motors as a Sr. Divisional Manager, overseeing the Assembly Shop, Paint Shop, Body Shop, and New Product launches. Ashutosh played a pivotal role in launching Spark and Cruze models under the Chevrolet brand.

Prior to their time at General Motors, Ashutosh served as the Plant Quality Manager at Eicher Trucks & Buses SA, and earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Quality and Customer care at Daewoo Motors India.

Ashutosh Tripathi completed the Executive Advance General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2020. Ashutosh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from BUNDELKHAND INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, JHANSI. Additionally, they participated in the Global Program for Management Development at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, specializing in CVP and EVP. Ashutosh also obtained several certifications, including the GM Global Leadership Program from President - General Motors University in 2008 and the Statistical Engineering Problem Solving certification from GM Group Vice President and Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality Asia Pacific in 2007. Furthermore, they completed BasicMost training at H. B. Maynard and Co., Inc. in 2002 and received on-the-job training at the Daewoo Motor Corporation Automotive Production Plant from President - Daewoo Motor Corporation - Kunsan South Korea in 1997.
