Neeraj Shukla

Neeraj Shukla has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Neeraj is currently serving as the Lead Supplier Quality at Escorts Limited since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tata Motors in various roles, including Sr. Manager Supplier Quality, Project Manager, Supplier Quality Manager, and Vendor Development Manager from 2006 to 2021. Before joining Tata Motors, Neeraj worked at RICO AUTO INDUSTRIES LTD. as Asst Manager - New Product Development in 2005 and at IndoAsian as a Quality Engineer from 2004 to 2005. Neeraj started their career at LML LTD as a Senior Quality Engineer in 2002, handling SQA functions for Power-train parts and resolving various issues.

Neeraj Shukla holds a PGDM degree in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, completed between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University, from 1998 to 2002. Neeraj also has an Advanced Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Sparen and Gewinn Consulting.
