Paola M.

Paola M. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Student Services at ESCP Business School, overseeing student affairs and the health center since November 2016. Paola has a strong background in student affairs management, having implemented and coordinated various projects across campus, along with managing the internship service for improved organization and inter-campus coordination. Previous experience includes roles in training coordination at Socoform and Airbus Group, where responsibilities encompassed the development and administrative management of training plans across multiple regions. Paola holds a Master's Degree in International Human Resources Management from Toulouse School of Management, along with additional qualifications in Global Studies and Political Sciences from the University of Gothenburg and Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, respectively. Paola also possesses a Post Graduate degree in Cross-Cultural Management from the Economic Ministry of Bolivia.
