Prior to that, they obtained an Honours BA in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2002-2012. Jessica also holds a Professional Certification in Certified Special Events Coordinator/Certified Special Events Manager from the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation from 2005-2007. Jessica completed the Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP) at Conestoga College from 1999-2002, earning a Certificate.
