Jen Griffiths

Manager, Customer Onboarding at eSentire

Jen Griffiths has a diverse range of work experience in the tech industry. Jen started their career at BlackBerry in 2007, where they worked as an Inside Sales representative for a year. Jen then transitioned to the role of Enterprise Support Account Manager, a position they held for eight years.

In 2016, Jen joined eSentire as a Customer Success Manager and was responsible for managing and ensuring the success of customer engagements. Jen later moved up to the position of Project Manager, where they oversaw various customer engagement projects. Jen continued to progress within the company, becoming a Senior Project Manager and then a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Most recently, Jen has been working at eSentire in roles emphasizing customer onboarding. Jen first served as a Senior Onboarding Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding new clients. Jen then took on the role of Team Lead, overseeing the onboarding process for a team. Currently, Jen holds the position of Manager, Customer Onboarding.

Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jen Griffiths attended Fanshawe College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Marketing. In addition to their college education, they have also acquired two additional certifications. In November 2022, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in February 2022, Jen earned Level 2 Customer Success Advanced certification from Growth Molecules, LLC.
