Andrea Heitmann

Andrea Heitmann has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrea is currently working as a Senior Consultant Future Collaboration at esentri AG since September 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Business Trainerin und Coach at HRperformance Institut. From 2018 to 2022, Andrea was the Geschäftsführerin and Trainerin at Andrea Heitmann Training. Andrea also worked as a Kursleiterin at Codillion from June 2018 to November 2019. In addition, Andrea held the role of L&D Specialist at Julius Baer from April 2018 to June 2019 and L&D Manager at Dufry Group from July 2017 to February 2018.

Before transitioning to the L&D field, Andrea gained experience in the hospitality industry. Andrea served as a Training Manager at Teleperformance Switzerland from May 2014 to April 2017. Andrea then moved on to become a Convention Sales Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from December 2010 to December 2011.

Before entering the corporate world, Andrea gained experience as an Ausbilderin and Abteilungsleiterin at Media Markt from September 2009 to November 2010.

Throughout their career, Andrea has developed expertise in various areas including future collaboration, business training, coaching, L&D, and hospitality management.
