Kinga Rukat

Kinga Rukat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner for the IT Department at eService Sp. z o.o. since February 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational culture, improving employee engagement and retention, and managing IT recruitment strategies.
