Andrei Ciubotaru

Andrei Ciubotaru has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Andrei started their career in 2003 as a Co-Founder at Icode&Ideas, where they developed software products for local administration institutes. In 2005, they founded Inocentric, a company focused on outsourcing software development. In 2007, Andrei became the Managing Director at Comodo, where they worked until 2016, holding various roles including Product Manager. Since 2016, they have been with ESET, initially as an Operations Manager and currently as the Director of Endpoint Security.

Andrei Ciubotaru obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from West University of Timisoara (2020-2023). Andrei also pursued additional certifications, including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2023), and Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International (2020). Andrei has also completed certifications in Agile Project Management Foundation and Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG International (2015), as well as Essential Sales Techniques from Extreme Training (2015). Andrei has some background in Computer Science but did not obtain a degree in the field.
