Daniela Skripkova

Daniela Skripkova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People Transformation Lead at ESET since February 2011. In this role, Daniela supports the strategic direction of the People subdivision, identifies improvement opportunities, and manages transformation projects. Previously, Daniela held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing all HR functions within ESET Group, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and the implementation of global HR systems. Daniela’s career also includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed efficient delivery of HR programs and team leadership. Prior to joining ESET, Daniela worked at Personnel Decisions International, coordinating assessment centers and development programs. Daniela holds a degree from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, completed between 1994 and 1999.
