Melissa Langworthy, Ph.D., currently serves as a Solutions Architect at ESG (Customer Success as a Service®️) since May 2021. Previously, Melissa held multiple roles at Alchemer from July 2012 to April 2021, including Sr. Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, and Training Specialist. Melissa earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell and Developmental Biology from Vanderbilt University between 2002 and 2008 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from The College of Wooster from 1994 to 1998.
