Joel Mazza

Joel Mazza, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in completions and reservoir management with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas and Energy Transition industries. Currently serving as a Regional Sales and Completions Engineer at ESG Solutions since July 2023, Joel provides diagnostic solutions for various industry challenges, including induced seismicity and hydraulic fracture design. As a co-founder of Seedlings LLC since December 2018, Joel is innovating the childcare sector by offering premium in-home alternatives to traditional daycare. Previously, Joel held leadership roles at Fracture ID where responsibilities included managing teams of engineers and project management, as well as offering comprehensive engineering support at Integrated Petroleum Technologies and Halliburton. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Northern Colorado, enhancing a robust technical background in the field.
