Stephanie Novin

Stephanie Novin's work experience has been primarily in the field of education and product management. Stephanie started their career as a Reading Tutor for the America Reads Challenge in 2007. In 2011, they gained experience as a Student Intern and Teaching Assistant at Williamson County Schools. Stephanie then joined Williamson County Schools as a Second Grade Teacher in 2012 and held various teaching roles until 2020, including positions as a Third Grade Teacher and Fifth Grade Teacher.

In 2020, Stephanie transitioned into the field of product management and joined ENA as an Associate Product Manager for CatchOn. Stephanie continued in this role until 2022 when they joined Lightspeed Systems as an Associate Product Manager for CatchOn. In this role, they were responsible for technical product management and later promoted to the position of Technical Product Manager. Stephanie stayed with Lightspeed Systems until 2023.

Currently, Stephanie works as a Product Manager at ESGI Software, starting in April 2023.

Stephanie Novin's education history begins with the completion of a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University, which took place from 2001 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Elementary Education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie also holds several certifications. Stephanie obtained a Certificated K-6 Teacher certificate from the State of Tennessee in December 2011. Most recently, in March 2022, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance.
