Joe Morrin has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Joe is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at ESW, where they lead global commercial reporting and automation initiatives. Previously, they worked as a Revenue Operations Manager at ESW and as a Sales Operations Manager. Before joining ESW, Joe was a Sales Operations Support Specialist at Xilinx, where they provided user support for Salesforce and Oracle Siebel. Joe also worked on optimizing Salesforce Org and conducted regression testing. Joe gained research experience during their MBA Research Placement at Dublin City University. Prior to that, they served as Sales Operations EMEA Team Lead and Sales Operations Analyst at Thomson Reuters, where they introduced Salesforce as a new CRM and created dashboards for management. Joe started their career as a Quality Control Analyst at Inmo Tech and had an internship as a Data Analyst at SAS.

Joe Morrin has a Master's degree in Management (Strategy) from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General, also from Dublin City University. Joe completed their Leaving Certificate in State Examinations at St Muredachs College from 2011 to 2015. Joe has additional certifications in Social Media Strategy from HubSpot and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google. Joe Morrin also obtained a certification in Salesforce Reporting Fundamentals from Salesforce.
