Jonathan Browne

Jonathan Browne has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jonathan started their career in 2010 as an IT Technician and Owner at Techjon Solutions. In 2011, they joined Amazon as a Solutions Architect, where they led a product development team and provided consulting services to senior product and program managers. In 2014, they became the Systems & Support Team Manager at BrightWork, responsible for managing the systems team and general operations. Jonathan later took on the role of Business Process Automation Manager, forming a new development team and managing a development backlog. In 2018, Jonathan returned to Amazon as a Solutions Architect, this time as part of the BrightWork Customer Success delivery team. Jonathan collaborated with product and program managers to enhance the collaborative project and product management solutions platform. In 2022, Jonathan took up the position of Lead Solutions Engineer at ESW, where they were responsible for technical pre-sales engagements and process innovation. Jonathan is currently serving as the Head of Solution Engineering for EMEA, leading a team of Solution Engineers and overseeing all pre-sales, scoping, and onboarding operations, with a focus on enterprise+ clients.

Jonathan Browne has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Information Systems Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
