Dr. Pozharov has extensive experience across numerous industries including health care, insurance, pharmacy, education and several government agencies (e.g., VA Administration, US Army, National Institutes of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, etc.). He developed specialized programs and algorithms that enhance user’s ability to analyze data, create complex reports, content management, training and integration with third party services. He is proficient in overall design, development, testing and support of various Web and Desktop applications, high-throughput scientific and healthcare data capture, statistics, quality control and business analysis.

He earned his PhD in Biological Sciences (Pathological Physiology) from Institute of General Pathology and Pathophysiology (Moscow, Russia).
