Eddie Harless

Mr. Harless joined ESi as Director of Mission Systems in November of 2019. During his tenure with ESi, Mr. Harless has fostered collaborative relationships with employees, coworkers, and customers. As a skilled leader, he has contributed to the growth of his program portfolio while increasing ESi’s new business pipeline through the development of industry partnerships. Additionally, Mr. Harless has introduced new processes that streamline their business functions and ensure successful and timely execution across their program portfolios.

Mr. Harless’ distinguished career spans more than 20 years of DoD and Intelligence Community program management experience, including his service in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Harless graduated from Drexel University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Security Technology. Additionally, he is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
