Joe Kaufman

Joe Kaufman is an experienced recruiter currently working with Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) as a Recruiter since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kaufman co-founded Mavik Ventures, where from January 2020 to July 2024, the focus was on providing scalable recruiting models to meet hiring needs while managing costs. Kaufman has also served as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for various companies such as Confetti, ClickBank, Picture Health, Split, and Amazon Web Services, where successful recruiting and talent acquisition infrastructure development was a core responsibility. Additionally, Kaufman worked with Clearwater Analytics and SpotOn, building talent acquisition capabilities and achieving significant placements in a short time. Kaufman started the recruiting career as an Executive Recruiter at Khonvo, demonstrating a strong track record in the field. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Math (Education) from the University of Idaho, completed in 2007.
