Hakan Ozgokcen

Hakan Ozgokcen is a legal professional currently serving as a partner and co-head of the competition law department at Esin Attorney Partnership since March 2020. Prior to this role, Hakan held positions as a partner and senior associate at ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law from March 2007 to March 2020, and as an associate at Gökkılıç Law Office from February 2004 to March 2007. Hakan obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Istanbul Bilgi University between 2007 and 2010 and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Marmara University from 1999 to 2003. Early education was completed at Bornova Anadolu Lisesi from 1991 to 1998.
