Orhan Pala

Orhan Pala is a seasoned legal and tax professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Partner at Esin Attorney Partnership since September 2018, Orhan previously held the position of Manager of Tax & Regulations at Erdemir Group from April 2013 to August 2018, where responsibilities included leading tax compliance for Turkey’s largest iron and steel producer. Prior roles include a tenure at the Ministry of Finance of Turkey as a Tax Inspector from March 2007 to April 2013, focusing on tax audits of large corporations, and a brief stint as an Assistant Inspector at VakıfBank in early 2007. Orhan’s educational background includes a forthcoming Executive MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, along with a Master's Degree in Finance from Istanbul University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Istanbul Kultur University and Istanbul University, respectively.
