Brent Stepanek

Brent Stepanek is a seasoned professional in the claims management field with extensive experience at ESIS, Inc., currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of ESIS Casualty Claims since September 2021. In this role, Brent oversees seven workers' compensation teams across the upper Midwest and nine liability/auto teams nationwide and in Canada. Prior to this position, Brent was a Claims Manager at CorVel Corporation, where management of eight workers’ compensation teams was a key responsibility. Brent's career at ESIS began in 2012, culminating in leadership roles as Claims Team Leader and Claims Representative. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
