Lance Gangemi has held various leadership roles in risk management and client services throughout their career. Lance started as a Site Engineer at GE Aircraft Engines before moving to roles such as Regional Director at Hygienetics Environmental Services, Inc., where they stayed until 2007. Lance then joined ESIS, Inc., where they held positions such as Regional Director and AVP of Client Services. Currently, Lance serves as Vice President at Chubb, where they have taken on the roles of Global Client Executive and Vice President of Risk Management Channel. Throughout their career, Lance has focused on strategic accounts, risk engineering partnerships, and client retention and expansion.
Lance Gangemi earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Massasoit Community College in 1990, followed by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Boston University in 1994. Lance later obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from New York University in 2004.
