Tonya Richmond

Tonya Richmond currently serves as the AVP of ESIS Integrated Absence Platform Technology and Systems Administration at ESIS, Inc., starting in January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Global Digital Transformation and Acquisition Integration at Crawford & Company from June 2022 to January 2023, and a Manager position at PwC from July 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities also included serving as a Senior Consultant and Solutions Architect in Financial Services Insurance Advisory. Tonya has held senior leadership roles at elipsLife as Assistant Vice President and Senior Business Services Leader, and as Claim Operations Director from September 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, a Director of Disability/Leave and Technical Operations and Manager of Technical Operations at Broadspire was held from April 2017 to September 2018. Tonya’s career began at Crawford & Company in August 2007 as a Senior Project Manager and earlier with Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Business System Analyst. Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
