Dawn Hay, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist at Eskenazi Health, where responsibilities include forming partnerships with hiring managers to enhance full cycle recruitment and streamline hiring processes, mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants and Associates, and managing all recruitment-related activities.
