Skip Crust

Skip Crust has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1998 as a Youth Pastor at Abundant Life Alliance Church, they later worked as an Assistant Pastor at Hidden Valley Chapel. In 2003, they joined College Loan Corporation, initially as a customer service representative and later became a School Relations Manager. In 2005, Skip moved to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant, specializing in corporate relocation clients. Skip then served as Executive Pastor at Hope Fellowship Church before becoming Lead Pastor at Epic Life Church in 2009. From 2012 to 2018, Skip worked at Bethel University as an Assistant Director of Recruitment & Partnerships, responsible for strategic partnerships and student recruitment. Following that, they joined Colorado Christian University as an Associate Director of Admissions & Recruitment from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Skip is at Esker U.S. Since 2021, they have held roles including Sales Development Representative, Commercial Business Development Manager, Account Manager, and currently as the Principal Growth Manager Enterprise Sales, focusing on AI and machine learning technologies for automating processes.

Skip Crust earned a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Ministry from Crown College in 2000. Later, in 2012, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Bethel University. Their education journey culminated in 2022 with the completion of a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Leadership, also from Bethel University.
