Dawei Zhang has extensive experience in partnership management within the sports industry, currently serving in the Olympic Partnership role at Shankai Sports since August 2015. Notable achievements include managing key partnerships for Alibaba Group and Mengniu Group related to Olympic events, as well as facilitating significant sponsorships for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and UEFA EURO 2016. Responsibilities have encompassed strategic advisory, client servicing, and overseeing over 600 Olympic activations. Additionally, Dawei operates as a Consultant for the China Market at AISTS since July 2021 and previously held the position of Managing Partner at Excelidea Events, focusing on partnership activation and event operations. Dawei's earlier career includes a role as an English Teacher at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English Broadcasting Journalism from Communication University of China and a summer program in Communication and Media Studies at Emerson College.
