Marius Turbatu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Marius started their career as the Executive Manager at Adevox, where they managed the division that provided software development services to international clients. Marius then worked as an Account Director at Sixtyfour Eights Group, responsible for expanding the customer network in Romania.

Marius Turbatu later joined eSky Group, a leading online travel agency, where they held several senior positions. Marius served as the Country Manager for Romania, supporting the launch of eSky in the Romanian market. Marius then became the Country Manager for Brazil, where they established and led the company's first branch outside of Europe. Additionally, Marius Turbatu worked as the Business Development Manager for LATAM, responsible for identifying new markets and developing strategies for expansion.

Marius then attended the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BA in Public Relations. From 2007 to 2009, Marius pursued a Master's degree in Business Management and Communication at the same institution.
