Paulina Roszczak-Śliwa

Paulina Roszczak-Śliwa has a diverse work experience in the field of People and Culture. Paulina is currently working as a People & Culture Director at eSky Group, where they utilize cutting-edge technology to create the best travel experience for customers. Prior to this, they worked at Objectivity as the Group People & Culture Director and Head of HR. Paulina also served as an HR Business Partner at Objectivity. Before that, they worked at Capgemini as an HR Learning & Development Expertise Supervisor and Trainer. Paulina started their career at Rossmann SDP as a Regional Recruitment Specialist and Internal Trainer.

Paulina Roszczak-Śliwa attended the University of Lodz from 2005 to 2010, earning a Master's degree in Labour Psychology. In 2010-2011, they completed a certification as a Certified Business Trainer at Pracownia Psychologiczna Elżbiety Sołtys. Recently, in 2021-2022, Paulina attended the ICAN Institute to study Management.
