Director, Talent Acquisition at Artiva Biotherapeutics

Raquel Marques has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Raquel is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Artiva Biotherapeutics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Turning Point Therapeutics, where they held the positions of Associate Director and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2022. Prior to Kyriba, Raquel worked as a Corporate Recruiter at AutoAnything from 2014 to 2015, where they conducted interviews and coordinated hiring processes for high-volume positions. Raquel also created and posted job positions. Raquel'searlier experience includes working as a Corporate Recruiter at McGoodwin James & Co. from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they led the recruitment process for multiple divisions and developed relationships with professional and educational institutions for recruitment purposes. Raquel also attended job fairs and open houses as needed.

Raquel Marques has a diverse education history, including a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from Brandeis International Business School. Raquel also holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the Korn Ferry Interview Architect program and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ program from Korn Ferry, in September 2018 and August 2018 respectively.
