Judi is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG], where they focus on creating a community beyond gameplay. Before that, they were the Director of Recruitment at ESL Gaming, shaping the esports industry and leading gaming innovation globally. Judi has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Programs Consultant at Spark Therapeutics, focusing on optimizing recruiting processes and improving the candidate experience. Judi briefly worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Kellogg Company. In their previous roles, Judi served as a Recruitment Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, a Talent Acquisition Manager at Campbell Soup Company, a Recruiter at Red Bull, and a Human Resource Manager at Victory Beverage (Red Bull Distributor).
