Mark Casciani

Mark Casciani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mark is currently employed as a Business Intelligence Applications Administrator at ESL Federal Credit Union since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at LiDestri Food and Drink as an Application Administrator from November 2018 to August 2021. Mark also has a long tenure at Xerox, where they held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst Manager/Project Manager from January 1999 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for creating business intelligence requirements, coordinating activities of business analysts, and overseeing user training and testing. Before joining Xerox, Mark worked at Harris Corporation as a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer from June 1992 to December 1999. Mark'sresponsibilities included selecting and implementing an ERP system and managing a team focused on creating and documenting manufacturing processes.

Mark Casciani holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mark also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Crystal Reports 2013: Experts and Customizing Reports and Crystal Reports 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in December 2018.
